How often should pest control be done?

There's no single answer — the right frequency depends on your home, your area and the pests involved.

Educational article · [author / reviewer]

Many homes benefit from an annual general treatment, but there's no one-size-fits-all answer. The right frequency depends on the property, the surrounding environment, the level of activity you're seeing, and which pests are involved.

Termite-prone areas warrant an annual termite inspection regardless of general pest treatment. Some situations — such as a persistent ant colony or a commercial premises — need more frequent visits.

We recommend a sensible schedule based on what we find, rather than pushing a fixed plan. If activity is low, annual may be plenty; if it's high, we'll suggest a more frequent approach.

This article is general information, not a substitute for an inspection. If you're dealing with the pest described, we can assess your situation directly.
